NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF MORTGAGE SALE AGREEMENT

(the "Issuer")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Notes that:

(a) the Mortgage Sale Agreement in relation to the Lanark Master Issuer plc GBP20 billion Residential Mortgage Backed Note Programme entered into on 3 August 2007 (and amended and restated from time to time) has been amended and restated on 16 January 2020 by way of a Deed of Amendment.

Copies of the Deed of Amendment and the Mortgage Sale Agreement to which it relates will be available for inspection by Noteholders at the specified offices of the Paying Agents and of the Issuer referred to below.
