the signing of a definitive agreement with Modern Wellness Living,
LLC to develop, design, and globally market the revolutionizing
technology known as, BB-XT55. The stock swap and legal agreements
were finalized September 13, 2013. The visionary genius behind this
technology is Johnny Ruston of Modern Wellness, LLC. Johnny
