Did you get approved yet? Seems like they have worked through most the back log. I’m not gonna lie I didn’t like jumping through the hoops and it just about did me in at one point. It’s a cool system though. Right now my biggest bone to pick is loss of ACH. I liked buying a gram or two a month, but now it’s not worth it for me to do a bank wire. I may buy more in time but I for sure would if they would get ACH back up for Americans. For now just holding shares and a small amount of gold. I’m not expecting much next week but it would be cool to beat expectations and have a small profit. They are getting enough age to where they need to start posting more positive quarters some time here soon.

It was because the government started regulating them strictly for a time. There was worry that their service could be used for money laundering and other criminal activity. I heard they worked out a vetting system now and it fixed.

Not much happens on this board. Seems most people are on bull board or what ever it’s called. I’ve been hanging around for about 2 years. Last year was fun. Hoping we get back to that... I still have all my shares. I’m a big fan of these guys. They piss me off sometimes but, for the most part I think they have a good thing going. Like most I wish they would focus a little more on the customers they do have. They have huge cash flow and little to no debt. Makes you wonder why they don’t report more positive earnings. Anyway, I plan to hold for at least another year, just to see what happens. Good luck, I’ll see you around.

Prospects and Chart looking Good For big Move
Stock looks like a real bargain at these levels. Closed 30 mil dollar offering (private placement) at higher levels with good institutional participation.

Next M&A Glintpay? LOL..I want some stock buyback instead. However, I think their paid for media will ultimately benefit Goldmoney as people open their eyes to the benefits of gold's new founded transferability. Should be interesting.

1) Anyone holding shares in a company you hold is a good sign.
2) The algorithm you’re talking about does not explain their analysis, I would take it with a grain of salt.
3) They make a lot of money selling gold, they make next to nothing in fees...yet.
4) I'm not concerned they don't break it down by the subsidiary. It would be nice, but not at all necessary.
5) I don't think its pie in the sky at all. They meet all the requirements. (http://venturelawcorp.com/nyse-mkt-listing-requirements/)....I bet this would be a big expense though so... Not sure why they would do it but it could have benefits beyond pure name recognition
6) They need to hire some folks. But my personal experience tells me that waiting for the right candidate is always the best option if available. As far as engineers. Those are a dime a dozen. Great forward thinking minds.. not so cheap.
7)No, I don't think so. In fact, they tend to buy out those around them it would seem. But hey, who knows, everyone has a price. See my next post

There's not a lot of information out there because the filing requirements are not as strict for OTC.

Here are my thoughts on the company.
This fund is being held by the American Funds Small Cap Growth. Is this a good sign?

If you google the stock ticker, you will see that various stock algorithms indicate the company is misrepresenting its financial information. Is this a bad sign?

How exactly do they make that 450 million? Their reported financials do not break it down by subsidiary.

The other day the CEO said they were looking into a NYSE listing. This was the investor relations call after quarter earnings. Seems like a pie in the sky comment to me. Am I wrong?

Its a good idea for a platform, but are they short software engineers while having a surplus of financial "experts?"

Will this company get bought out?

Any thoughts out there?

Glad I’m not the only one. Misery loves company but not as much as joy. Hopefully we don’t surrender much gains if any. The agreement with the yacht brokers seems to be doing well I guess.

Yeah me too. Sure has been a ride so far. I hope it catches on. According to Roys twitter account an earnings report will be out tomorrow. The rest of the internet seems to think it will be on the 21st. They are expected to have a small profit. We shall see. Glad to see you still have a position. I have yet to sell anything.

If I made it a personal rule to only invest in companies where I agreed ideologically with the CEO I wouldn't have many investments if any. Especially if I tightened that rule to other investors. I hear where you're coming from, but I believe these guys are legit and I'm not gonna cut off my nose to spite my face. The product is great. The stock...eh.. could be great...

Ok, looks like a stock update coming June 22nd. I have a feeling they will bear the estimated -.04 EPS. If they are worse off I expect some pull back. Would love to hear some facts about what's happening in Texas instead of all the conspiracy junk I read on internet posts.

Yeah I have heard that. My brokerage(Scottrade) didn't offer it, or at least I couldn't find it. IDK I may switch brokers and ticker eventually. For now I'm not too concerned. It's obviously legit but to be honest I'm not even sure why they have two tickers and how well it is managed. The two track well but not 100%. I mean I get it, its a market in the US but if access to the Canadian market is so easy why risk causing confusion.

I trade the Canadian ticker XAU.TO because its much more liquid. 186 thousand shares traded there today.

That's awesome. Looks like its getting some legs. Had a lot movement for the 900 something shares in volume. I was able to grab a good amount over the last month or two. My last purchase was at 2.7. Anyway, I'm hoping they can either get a ton of users and or license their tech maybe. I too use to look at their users vs grams of gold. I have not done that in a while though. I'm gonna look at it later if i get the chance. I also was gonna put a small amount in an account but decided not to because they do not accept ACH from Navy Federal bank. I may use a credit card later but have not really looked at it yet.

Yeah I'm in the US. I found out about them doing some research about gold/silver and junior/exploration mining stocks. I can't remember where I stumbled across them.

I did some research on them, liked the story and small market cap so I tried it out. I sent in a $100 bucks to start an account and found it surprisingly easy. They then send a free credit card where you can spend your gold if you want. It's pretty cool technology. You can also store other precious metals and pick the country you want to store it in.

I can see the millennial generation using this if gold gets more mainstream. The older generations will always demand holding their physical gold. The generation that is growing up with out having cash and used to everything as electronic - they could really like this.

Thanks shigs, I'm still holding too. I don't have a huge position but I've been watching and thinking about adding some more. I agree with you on hoping they can expand their users (abilities, transactions, numbers ect). I keep watching their user base and grams stored around the world on their home page. I'm waiting to see if they start to take off. I think they could be huge, like the uber/bitcoin/new tech of how to trade or store gold around the world. It's essentially an electronic gold backed currency. It could be pretty exciting!
