What I don't understand is how the $132Million of accumulated losses can be transferred to any buyer with an inkling for profit. That's Kidron's current debt accumulated via WDDD. (See the latest report). The sanity of this evades me to be honest. How are his salary and expenses even justified when there is zero income? Surely You are in a Matrix of financial deceit?

Where is L4BC these days? Looking for big coal? Maybe he's a coal miner and deep underground and has no cell phone signal?

RLBD has a market cap of $269.1K. Thom's salary is $308.3K. Something is wrong with this picture. I only mention RLBD because it is just a matter of time before WDDD looks eerily similar.

It wasnt very clear how the deal would generate revenue or how much revenue. So that made investors cautious and for good reason.

I thought the deal had potential. They could have charged a monthly fee and also offered a free version with ad content, and then given it a proper marketing boost. I think the market was waiting to see how they would generate income, hence the price peak at only .04 Maybe they didn't have a clue.

Thom's other brainchild is worse off than WDDD. RLBD tries to sell CBD oils and extracts commercially. Currently "trading" at .00001. The man is a brilliant CEO, likely drawing a salary and expenses from both his babies. Oh, BTW, it should come as no surprise that they don't answer the phone at RLBD.

Additionally, as OP1 has said previously, the company is still SEC compliant. Is that so they can attempt to make a deal, or is it for Kidren to continue to draw a salary?

If I recall, he did help MRMD have a successful run up. The price may have drifted down after the run up, but there was $$ to be made there.

Yes, the markets should respond well if the policies get implemented and time for them to work.

Stopping the wars along with lower interest rates and cheaper energy should produce good results.

Nearly 4 years ago, in May of 2021, WDDD lost the patent lawsuit after a lengthy, multi-year court battle. So it's been almost 4 years and WDDD has NOT been able to pull off a merger, despite a bull market run during that time frame.

Now the markets appear to be in a downtrend. As a result, it will be more difficult to accomplish a merger, if the market retraction continues.

A company with no revenues and even less PRs, has few cards to play, as time is running out.

Hopefully, Thom completes a Hail Mary, before it's too late.

Yes, the shareholder structure and listing are no doubt favorable factors to be considered.

However, Thom has had at least 3 years to take the company in a new direction, with a merger, and has been unsuccessful thus far.

A company can not sustain itself indefinitely, with no revenue. So it's a race against time, to successfully complete a merger, before the clock (funds) run out.

Do you know what a MERGER is? That there are companies that need to go public and are looking for companies like WDDD? Wouldn't you like THOM to reach an agreement with a biotechnology, military, cryptocurrency, etc. company? As I was saying, WDDD has one of the best shareholding structures on the OTC, it is listed on one of the top OTC markets, it only has a float of 52,855,463, of which I believe a large percentage is in institutional hands.

In recent years, dilution has been minimal or nonexistent.

WDDD is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy.

The $47 million in "fiscal assets" that you reference I suppose is a $47 million loss carry forward. To my knowledge, WDDD has no actual assets or revenue, other than a patent portfolio, which has essentially been deemed worthless.

Additionally, it has been discussed by others here that the loss carry forward may not qualify as a loss, so even that is questionable.

The only pathway forward here would be a merger of some sort. Unfortunately, the timing is not favorable to WDDD, in that regard, as the economy is fraught with uncertainty and instability at the moment. Those conditions make it risky and less likely for the expansion of business and mergers.

The best thing that could happen to WDDD is a merger. I suppose THOM is waiting for a big opportunity. OTC mergers are very common. They look for companies with good reputations, with shareholders, few shares, and some assets. Although some may disagree with me, I believe there are about $47,115,882 in fiscal assets.
