Looks like those will not be coming on time.

Due to the timing of the Former Auditor’s resignation, the Company is of the view that it will likely not be in a position to file its audited financial statements by May 1, 2023.

And they didn't give a timeline for when they will be able to fulfill the release of earnings.

It looks clear the auditor wasn't comfortable with whatever voxtur was cooking up. I hope not, but....

Eh yeah its just one thing after another with Voxtur. Waiting on those earnings reports to see what happens say Q2/Q3.

Something is feeling very off here..

Yeah so I believe they will end up with 700 million shares total after all said and done. Current market cap of 95 mil USD is a steal in my book, their revenue will keep increasing as market returns to normal. Profitability likely Q3 hopefully as they do have a fair amount of debt and need to balance the books. All the business sectors will help eachother increasing margin . I actually bought more today. Not a lot but i am still adding. They could profit their entire current cap in one year soon so to me yeah totally a good deal.

I like it, and I don't. Looks like they're diluting with each purchase, with issuing shares, on top of using cash. Still a very interesting play.. Especially at these levels. .16 pps could be steal. Of course this depends on a few factors. They sure have built up quite the list of subsidiaries!

Have to admit nice to see the account way up today. Could be a good beginning to a great year for Voxtur?

Maybe as well, doubling down here. Bought more in the .30s and here in the .40s. market cap of 200 mil. No brainer. This will most likely be a billion dollar business in just a few years. Blue water acquisition is great for us. Bringing thousands upon thousands of clients to use Appraisals, AOL for title insurance, valuations, Voxtur wealth and more. Going all in on this at these prices. Dont see below .35 cents happening. Trying to buy between .38-.42.
