I didn't see any new filings on the OTC website what did they file ?

I see that as of 1/8/25 and after yesterdays supplementals, the Shell status should go away

No Dunky sold the shell and they Reverse Marged into this shell.   If the PR is accurate that's 41 M in revenue coming in annually 

I could not find any trace of the company's mentioned in PRs.

The PRs themselves sound good.

But I could not find any other mention of them besides in the PRs.

I almost bought a lotto ticket, but because I couldn't find anything, I can't justify it.

We got 2 good PRs one after another, and some are still willing to whack the price down on the bid... at $0.0031 while last PR showed how our PPS should be closer to $0.10

OTC markets has not updated the current information or status , most probable . I have no issues at all trading this under Fidelity.., I've never used Schwab , maybe send them request to market this security.
