Titan Resources International Corp. (PINKSHEETS: TNRI) is pleased to announce that is has signed an LOI to expand its presence in a prolific British Colombia mine situated close to New Denver, BC.

The Company has entered into an LOI to acquire up to 75% of several contiguous mining claims of a highly recognized property. Historically speaking, approximately 500,000 tonnes of ore have been extracted from this region over the last century. Our research in this area has shown over 100 tonnes of silver being extracted and along with gold, zinc, and copper.

The term of the LOI is 90 days. During this time we will conduct our due diligence and continue to source other acquisition targets that will complement our current project. Due to the recent rise in commodity prices there has been a resurgence of commercial mining activity in the region and we feel confident that this trend will continue.

CEO and President Bill Akrivos stated, "Regardless of what happened with our last project we still remain in a good position with our current MT-1-BC property. Many other areas and projects have been brought to our attention and have all show good potential.
