what ever happened to this?: the Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of HuanMedia Company
Limited, parent company of China based Sichuan HuanMedia Co. Ltd., in an all-stock transaction.
is TNMD making any money? i have been holdjng this for ages. i honestly do not see it going anywhere.....

Super low Float. Most OS is restricted. I'm definitely eyeing this one up for end of year sellers, if there even are any.

It’s hard to get anything substantial under .01… been re-loading for three years. Last run was amazing!

what is going on here? apparently the Huan Media acquisition never happened. they just filed their quarter results. They are keeping this alive for a reason. any ideas?

Morning, is there any hope in this recovering?

strange for sure,,, still reporting and SS is in tact. still holding...

Strange!! 18 month and now the biggest shareholder (wonder who that is - Silverbear?) states, that the 449 million were never issued. Bogus! No one really knows whats going on there.

On the positive side - they are still reporting and keeping this pink current. And the balance sheet shows a very clean shell. No debt etc. They should just find another GOOD merger company, because the share price would jump fast (still 6 million float) on any such news.

Best would be to cancel this acquisition and also the 449 million preferreds, which has been given to beneficial shareholders for it, and start searching for another good merger candidate. I am sick of this lame duck.

I am stuck in this one. And I will not sell a share of my 800K position. Not at this prices. Either it comes back or goes under with me.

What is happenning? their last press release was a year ago on 02/22. Since then, they have been so quiet.
i lost interest in this. i guess it is time to bail out.

it's unfortunate for sure... with that said, the company is keeping the ticker current and the SS is still in tact, so I remain optimistic. I've tried to add a few at various levels between the spread and never get filled... seems MM's are only interested in sellers at this level...

good, i am not alone. i dont know what to make of the TNMD management silence. we have not had any updates since the aquisition news last july.
