NDVR just got hit for 500 shares @ .001. ?????????

Been focusing more on value stocks and potential turnarounds the past year. Looks like NDVR will give me the tax sales needed to offset gains I expect in NHLD and MBNC. A clean shell that I have been watching (and taken a small position) in the past couple of months has been FNSI

It's the risk one takes with these shell plays and it hasn't helped that there are scumbags out there who use them for unscrupulous reasons and just hurts the overall market for small entrepreneurs as a source for funding. It's a long time coming and has its good and bad sides, oh well...

NDVR no longer domiciled in NV, moved to DE in 2007. It's now a shell owned by a legal firm. The former company, Ultra Motorcycles is facing suspension by the SEC for failure to file periodic reports. At least that is my understanding, this is still a good shell.

SEC revoked or State of Nevada revoked? State of Nevada revoked, nothing new. Been like that for a few years.

This stock had it revoked october 30, 2013. So nothing going on here you cant buy or sell i think.

Maybe there is hope afterall. After sitting on the POS stock ENCS for 4 years, my 2M shares finally sold out of the blue yesterday at my purchase price (less commish) of .0001. LOL. Maybe I'll wake up some morning to find that NDVR is trading above .001. OK, back to reality...

It goes. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast. Been spending time on small community banks that are turning around.

The opening bit about $100 million in loans reminds me of the GIFS p&d in the '90s. Haven't thought about that one in years.
