GM. Update! My insight over the weekend.
@lazydazeco
stores had a record Jan month in sales.
Annual reports shaping up. Almost 1M between 2 stores in 2024.
Hopefully have these reports done and filed this week. Lots of room for improvement and efficiency, which will allow us to increase sales and improve net margins across the board. Online sales will go up, marketing efforts will provide ROI.

Well he went from talking about not diluting, straight to using shares for M&A (albeit with restrictions so the dilution would be delayed), and "raising capital". Not sure what raising capital might look like if not selling/releasing shares in some fashion.

Agree. Hans paid his dues and will be rewarded with millions. I just want him to know if he has the heart to keep growing it for the next few year into 20 shops he would be looking at tens of millions of dollar deals versus single million dollar deals.

Hans has been steadily growing the company, process will take some time. Acquisition/merger with a private, revenue generating company would be next in line, imo. Slowly keep building what's already been sustainable, add revenue and additional cash flow from another entity. Would lessen the need for dilution as well, imo

If Hans doesn’t dilute and blow this he actually can grow this to $50-$100 mil market cap… just needs honest projections and a 2-5 year plan
