7. Defendant failed to pay the amounts due pursuant to the Agreements when due.
8. Defendant owes Plaintiff $3,987,390.22that is due with interest since December 18,
2024, on the Agreements.

9. Plaintiff adopts and reallegesparagraphs 1 through 8 as if fullyset foith herein.

10. Defendant and third-partycreditors had transactions between them based on the Agreements.

11. Defendant and third-partycreditors agreedupon the balances due on the accounts.

12. Defendant expresslyor impliedlypromised to pay the third-partycreditors the balances due
on the accounts.

13. Defendant failed to pay third-partycreditors any of the amounts owed under the accounts
when due.

14. Plaintiff owns and holds the Agreements which consist of the monies owed under the
accounts.

15. Defendant failed to pay the Agreements when due.

16. Defendant owes Plaintiff $3,987,390.22 that is due with interest since December 18, 2024, on
the Agreements.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant for $3,987,390.22, plus
attorney'sfees and costs, prejudgment interest from December 18, 2024, post-judgment interest
as providedby law, and any and all other relief this Court deems justand proper.

I will state that I have contact with certain parties in the Ledbetter lawsuit. Those parties have stated repeatedly that Matt is doing everything he can not to pay them. And all they want is the money that he rightfully owes them for their labor. Matt hired them, had them work the hours, then told them to kick rocks when payroll came due. Who the fuck does that? How can anyone defend that? But thats what these pumpers are doing, they're defending someone who knowingly screwed employees out of their salary. How many of these pumpers would be willing to work for a company, expecting pre-negotiated compensation, only to have the company tell them they arent paying it? And then when that company is taken to court and the court finds them liable and issues a judgement to PAY THOSE EMPLOYEES. that company says F U we aint paying. Tell ya what, Matt better be careful who he pisses off, his address is public record and people dont take kindly to being scammed. I'm not advocating violence against the man, but I certainly would understand it if a company he defrauded sent someone to talk sense into him.

The difference is, and you know it, is that in order to discharge debt there has to be some semblance of a legitimate company. INND has long since shown that it is a scam. Bankruptcy court isnt going to discharge the debts, it's going to force liquidation. But even if somehow it didnt, what then? INND will not be able to negotiate any captial investment for YEARS following a bankruptcy and their sales are near ZERO.
