Dec.11, 2009: Horizon Health International Negotiating Private Label Agreements.

The company intends to sell products under its own brand name Horizon Health and Safety. The initial products which will be available to the consumer will be a heated apparel line. These products will include jackets, pants and gloves. The products are designed specifically for individuals with a variety of disabilities such as rheumatism and work related injuries which may affect performance due to weather and conditions. In addition the application and use of such apparel has unlimited potential, such as skiing, mountaineering etc., and not least the armed forces

Dec. 02, 2009: Horizon Health International Corp. to Demonstrate Exmovere's "Chariot" and "Telepath" (Biosensor Watch).

Horizon Health and Safety, entered into an agreement with Exmovere Holdings for the exclusive rights to market the "Chariot" and the "Telepath" in Canada. Exmovere Holdings Inc. will be conducting the demonstrations with representatives of Horizon Health. Horizon has the exclusive rights to market these two exiting products by Exmovere, the "Chariot" and the "Telepath".

Director Del Blewett reports "The Company over the past few months has actively pursued new products and product lines to identify us as a progressive source for not only current merchandise but also products of the future.
