Nice alittle jealous I'm not following much during work hrs rest of my investments are getting crushed so a little dip here isn't much to me other then an opportunity to add


Nothing indicates this company gdvm is going out of business so it's all about waiting if your long and if you can't wait then probably good to bail

I remain long and believe this will trend higher at some point in the future

Exactly what the chart predicted... Can you be more specific how the chart predicted 150 shares would be traded on 02/24/2025? The 90-day average volume is 679,596 shares (Fidelity).

Will still be slow then cause this company is a joke. lol you think anyone is gonna buy this with UNAUDITED yearly report that shows they aren't making money? Think again. Oh and while being "pink limited" mind you. There Is a reason the average volume for this trash is like 100k daily.

Hopefully on July 1, 2025, GDVM will be trading on the OTCID Basic Market and see marked improvement in trading volume. I agree with adesell on this point. As long as this ticker is designated Pink Limited, its visibility to potential investors is also limited.

The definition of integrity in a human being is, you are who you say you are and you do what you see you're going to do. This guy Melvin is and does neither. 

18 months ended six months ago. Texas acquisition supposed to be 60 days, is now eight months. If the Texas acquisition is dead, why not just tell everyone?Understandable that lots of people are losing patience and faith in someone who overcommits and under performs constantly.

This is good news! Recall that Melvin said he would be SEC reporting in 2025. Maybe he was talking about uplisting to the OTCID. From watching the videos below, I got the impression that the OTCID, relative to the Pink Current Market, has increased disclosure and compliance requirements that attract more investors and broker-dealer networks that in turn drive up trading volume (time stamp at 32:14 in the first video below). ✔️

Defending a guy that hasn't done anything for 2 years is wild. No serious person lets their stock stay in pink limited for a year and a half. It's an easy fix. No one will take a pink limited seriously. Ever. Melvin doesn't care. If he did it wouldn't of went from .13-.007. Sorry but if you think otherwise you're delusional. 

I don't understand why people complain about a man who is running a business that only does what he feels is necessary to strengthen his company. When there is important news or a change he makes us aware . He specifically updated us telling us the shareholders that his goal is to have everything in place in an 18 month timeframe. Not what most want to hear . Obviously some have sold and moved on . The rise in price and sudden sell off was obviously someone or a group that took advantage and capitalized without Melvins involvement. Reducing the shares of a company, not pumping and updating us through quarterly filings like Is required is not your typical OTC situation. There are still many positives that could cause a buying frenzy which will cause a price increase . Time will tell who was right and who was wrong . I know some have posted that they were averaging down while some have sold at a loss . Right now certain Market Makers are the only ones profiting off of this illiquidity. Just me posting my observations and opinion. Good luck to all still involved.

Note that in 2024 he filed the FY2023 annual report on April 15, 2024 (followed by two updates).

The Worst Case Scenario is Thur, May 15, 2025

You are correct, ChuckBits. I had said that it was because the date had passed. But, in fact, as you stated, a Q4 quarterly report is never done. The annual report covers the whole year, including Q4. I've never seen any company file a quarterly AND an annual? Only 3 quarterly reports are required (Q1, Q2, and Q3). The annual report is where you will find information about Q4.
The exact filing dates depend on the organization’s fiscal year, but it is necessary to file three 10-Q reports each year. A 10-Q for the final quarter of the year is not required: A company files Form 10-K, an annual report, instead. Aside from that Melvin has never provided quarterly figures, (unless it's Q1)Actually, he did publish Q1, Q2, and Q3 "Quarterly Reports" in FY2024. At least, that's what the titles on the reports say. But, inside those reports he reported cumulative financials, 3-months, 6-months, and 9-months. But I agree with you, they're not formatted like your typical quarterly report.

Yes, I agree. Tue, April 15, 2025 is probably the earliest. Could easily be April 30, 2025. My thinking was he publishes Qs even though they're not required for Pink Limited, so he kind of follows a Pink Current timeline. Also, I don't think a full Annual Report is required for Pink Limited, just the financial statements. So, again, he kind of follows the Pink Current guidelines. So, that's why I was leaning towards the Tue, April 15, 2025 date. But, that's as far as it goes. I'm not expecting audited financial statements, for example. But, it would be nice!

There's a lot of dates in your post covering various reporting standards. Since GDVM is a "Limited Information" filer, they have 120 days to file the annual report. Therefore, it's due on April 30th. (As you included in your post)

I have no clue what parameters are put into AI. However, this stock would be so easy to manipulate when the pumpers do come. This stock traded ONE THOUSAND Dollars worth today. That's like a set of decent tires.
Resistance is way up at .0167 currently. Next one just over .02.....
Watch the volume. Its sure to happen soon, and then everyone here will be overjoyed and a couple of posters will say, "In your face basher!!"....then it will fall again.
The only thing that may be holding it back is that a couple posters here think $300 is a large investment.

My expectation is that the FY2024 Annual Report will be published on Tue, April 15, 2025.
