Here are some thoughts regarding Finra #2 on your list. I strongly believe until that is 100% complete their legal department will require them to hold back on PR's. You can check by doing the following....

Finra's Daily list. Just Google "FINRA Daily List" or use this link https://otce.finra.org/otce/dailyList It list all the FINRA changes. What we're interested in is the "Symbol/Name Change" one on the tree on the left side. To see long term activity, you can put in date range. That's what I did to come up with the conclusion that on average FINRA approves only two Symbol and/or Name Changes a week for domestic companies. Most (80 to 90%) of the activity is for foreign companies. Most (but not all) foreign companies have a symbol with the 5th letter being an "F". This is often temporarily replace with a "D" when some change has taken place such as a slit or reverse split. It reverts back to an "F" about 30 days later. Other letters replace that 5th letter for other actions such as a "Q" for bankruptcy. The list gets updated daily around 3am Eastern time. But, they do also make additions throughout the day. The list is the first place a Symbol or Name Change will show up on. I believe the company is notified the day before, but is not allowed to disclose it to the public. Once published, they are free to release PR's and make statements. The one day notice gives the company time to set up the news releases n such. I guess this is why so many companies choose to not disclose they have applied because of this ridiculous amount of time it takes. It's a shame as this discourages companies going public this way when the government seems to actively obstruct it.

I've been busy at my new job and not watching as often I would like.   I continue to remain optimistic that 2025 is going to be amazing for us as long as Melvin and team continue to execute.  Good news is we see no evidence of dilution no evidence of insider selling we have a new e-commerce store from which is a channel for sales and services and we have documented catalysts in the waiting.  1) merger with Texas entity.  2) ticker symbol change 3) audited financials 4) Cisco gold.  5) q4 revenue growth due to tax account issues resolved.  I see we trade sub penny sometimes. Which in my opinion is temporary if you have a longer time horizon and don't need rent or beer money ever week.    This is not investment advice so do your own DD. Glta even to basement dwellers living with Mom you know who your are.   

Now that you have mentioned it a few times I must ask, what is the relevance of what Melvin wears, specifically a dashiki?

It's a known fact that if you go to a doctor and they tell you everything is fine, you stay with that doctor. If he tells you you have a medical condition, you seek out a second opinion.
It's the opposite on penny stock boards. Why is it on penny stock boards, anyone with criticism is told to go away, but if you post nonsense saying a stock is going "to da moon!", they are considered a great poster?
What if the negative person is right? I mean he has been so far.

Obviously, based on the chart, you ALL would have been wise to take your loss and move on, and buy back if anything good ever were to happen.
Why are people so opposed to balanced posting? It's all just opinions anyway right now....except for the share price, which currently sits at .0105....with no volume.
It is a prime candidate for a pump and dump though. Low volume means easily moved

I love the AI (NVDA, IONQ) space and Quantum Computing. SPY is easy to make money in the options markets if one can master the technical/fundamentals.

Lastly, a piece of advice....as a friend.....do yourself a favor and quit buying penny stocks.

People constantly talk about a board like its a physical place. The GDVM board isn't a location. I post still on IHUB because......well I can't think of a good reason. Over the last 25 years I've come and gone. I'm always on the lookout for good investors though......they are very few around here, but occasionally they appear, and sometimes I reward them!
But, to answer your more poignant question.....I'm watching the stock market most days, but I'm not constantly trading. So, skipping around IHUB alleviates boredom.
I'm sitting in the same chair no matter what board I'm on.
As for yourself, honestly, you're not doing any more help for the company than I am by being here.

I think I mentioned in the past why. I was trying to post to someone on a board I was booted from for questioning its validity. That person also posted here.
Then I started getting stupid remarks from benz. Ya gotta agree, he's the worst! He tries to brag that he's buying so much stock, even when he spends around a grand. Then after he thinks this gives him legitimacy, he whines on incessantly about how he hates this stock. Is someone putting a gun to his head and forcing him to throw away money? Is he the Brewster's Millions of IHUB?
So basically, I stay when someone annoys me enough. I'll mosey along one day. I have no interest in the stock itself.
Of course when someone posts false information like, they can't tell buys from sells.....well I'm a fan of honesty.

Personally, I'm here because I'm invested here.

More catalyst on the way.  Buckle Up! 

We have been through several fires (in Southern California) and in our closest (2004) we evacuated and the homes around burnt to the ground, but ours was spared. The fire we were in before that one was one for the record books. The Fire Chief told me that when that fire jumped a main highway, (it was Santa Ana Winds at that time also) within 12 minutes there were 400 homes on fire (in just his community) and they had not rolled an engine yet. 

The fires that are roaring in Los Angeles County and surrounding area currently are by far the worst I have ever seen.  Thank you for your offer of assistance, we are okay.  There are going to be lots of people who will need help, but we are still okay in our area.  The authorities have warned us that this area will be in the danger zone for another 10 days or so, so that could change. Also, I would of  DM'd you, but I don't have that capability.  Feel free to DM me however if you have questions. 

I have enjoyed reading your posts on GDVM, so please keep posting any news you get. I think this is one of the very few gems on the OTC that offers hope of better times.

We got our power back yesterday, started replacing our spoiled food in the refrigerator today. It is amazing how dependent we are on electricity. It appears that this weather pattern is going to continue for a while.  Unfortunately, while the power was off, we had no internet, no TV, no trading information, no heat, no lights and even our cell phones did not work.  There was times we smelled smoke, but couldn't see any cause of the smell.  We tried to keep our eyes open to any new fires as the wind can cause the fires to move extremely fast and so the worry was if one started, we could be in trouble in a hurry. That first night, as we watched the Palisades fire explode on TV,  there was 2 new fires (causes unknown and now under investigation) in locations not affected by the first fire and in a rapid fashion. (There are 6 fires currently) When the wind is blowing with gusts up to 100 mph it is really scary just how fast fires can spread.  It is my hope (and the catalysts seem to be lining up) that our stock shoots up as fast as these fires spread starting with the catalysts and the reports coming up this spring. Until then, it gives us time to acquire !!!

Reflecting on all the fires in CA and LA. So sad.

In OTC slapping is good. GDVM 2025. Looking forward to many positives here.
