The share transfers would be useless otherwise. That was the intended purpose. Peeps doubting the clear facts of compliance and attempting to sew doubts, are beyond reason and have nefarious intentions.
The real purpose of this extensive timeline is to have sells on the run up thereafters. The updates that'll follow will create a whole new group of regretful chasers and whiners.
They'll find a problem for every solution.
Just the real real on the markets. Stick with the filings and official acts from the company, and let the momo fomo run up lead to prosperity. I'm personally glad to have a position here and a rare one indeed..

Last week I got the same response concerning a press release on the up list and the warning... it said to monitor the filings and the OTC as well as X for information So they are staying consistent with their replies at least

“We are working on it, we have to be careful on forward looking statements but continue to monitor otcmarkets site for the latest info on this.”

The hold up is that the company doesn’t give a shit

I will admit that the weekly MACD is about to go positive. Let’s see if THAT works. Nothing happened when the daily MACD turned over. But maybe the weekly will have an impact. But as usual, the company itself needs to bring interest to its stock. But for some reason they don’t seem to feel the need for that, though

Read slower you might comprehend it better... if it was a paint job it would have been for 100 shares just like 5 out of the 8 trades today... and it would not have been announced... maybe you should buy some shares since all you ever do is complain about it not moving... I know I own a hell of a lot more than you do.. my only motive in that buy was as I said to see if the offer was real and that there was nothing cheaper behind it... if there was something cheaper then I would have been charged less than the asking price... You make it much harder to defend your sniveling when you have nothing positive to bring to the board sir.

unfortunately we are still stuck in the little to no volume trench ... until we get that up list and the info on the acquisition we are not going to rally much higher... the Financial report gave us some support, but the PPS has gotten all its going to get out that with out some additional news and information Even if one of us takes out the 10K shares at 043 with out something to keep it going it would just fall right back there again... So we wait... like we have been doing, but fear not one day it will happen, not worried about this temporary hold up.

Thanks for the heads up ... I added the 8-K info on that subject this morning... I am confused about why they can not find a Market Maker to solicit them so they could get that Warning removed. The warning clearly states all that is needed is the following.
