Nothing that I can find. It wouldn't shock me twe wake up one day and they sold the shell. I'm holding for a while too good of a clean shell to not eventually get a nice run out of it. Hopefully they get their shit together the first of the year and we see some real business action.

yes would be nice to no what they are cooking up. Regarding the CEO , my gut tells me she is just a place holder . The real CEO is the owner of the shell. Healthstar Capital. I could be wrong but she doesn't have the experience but maybe she's the money or had control of Healthpoint plus, who knows

With a market cap between $480k and $650k, Mrs CEO has high potential to set off a moon shot if she drops a killer PR what sort of Market cap she thinks she can bring in here.
