Yeah constant trading at .0001. If this company actually had revenue and a verifiable business plan with any promise at all it would not be trading at .0001 for years. In September, after the WANNABE CEO (Xavier Mitchell), said the lone note holder wont convert until 2025 there was 2.4 BILLION Shares issued for "debt conversion" and another 1.5 BILLION Shares issued recently on top of that. We dont know what the 1.5 billion shares were issued for but we can safely assume it also was for "debt conversion." That is TOXIC FINANCING Skank (you know my other word for Skank)!

And before Mrs Volume speaks; there has been less than 1.5 billion shares traded since September.... Do the math, over 2.4 BILLION Shares left to be diluted!!!!

And there has been barely 1.5 billion shares traded since then so we can guarantee that he didnt buy off the open market otherwise we would of seen a million "X" posts.

Money is indeed coming back into the OTC - as evidenced by the amount amateurs are wasting on the Scam ticker that has been adding 500M to 1.8 Billion every day for several weeks - including 1.8 Billion added today - which has traded 454M already in the first hour.

Do you know how to do basic Research/Due Diligence? How about Advanced Due Diligence? Have you spent money getting information on a company? Well I have!

At every turn on this ticker, nothing panned out: Websites down/not updated in YEARS. CEO claiming no more note holder converting until 2025 in June 2024 yet in September 2.4 BILLION Shares issued for "debt conversion." Dilution Madness with PSRU! The CEO is all over the place here saying things that never come true. Also, when there are valid questions asked about PSRU, there are no real answers from the "shareholders" here.

Now on the other ticker; Do Basic DD and you will realize that it is a real company that is GROWING! No Dilution in over 10 months there. CEO doesnt put out PR's just to put out PR's that dont come to fruition. I am limited to one post per day there that is why I cant answer your questions on that board.

There's no way they are worth that right now. Their revenues are miniscule. 

The company shouldn't even be saying how much they think they are worth anyway. 

And if they were worth that, why wouldn't they sell the company and reap a huge gain? 

It was the stated figure in the 2024 Shareholder Update PR of January 2024 based on the assets in the portfolio and business plan then - obviously much higher now with the addition of the lithium / cobalt / gold mines and the streaming of owned movies and games to up to 1.2 Billion users in Africa starting in 2025 Q1 which is expected to be the biggest revenue stream for PFG within 2 years (August 8 Update).

Why does this deserve a 200MM market cap?

No - the O/S is 16,660,268,251 - of which Held At DTC - all that is relevant to current trading - is 13,419,689,417

A $200M market cap - last estimate in Jan 2024 - would equate to a pps of .012.

A $500M market cap - more likely after the additions to the portfolio in 2024 - would equate to a pps of .030.
