Delphax is own majority by AirT and mountain air cargo.

They trade on Nasdaq and are reputable. We first notified them at their corporate office of rule 15c211 and asked if they needed assistance to get this company current otc. They didn’t need us as the CFO told ME they would handle it.

And they did. What have you done sir to preserve shareholder capital in a company you don’t control?

Nice. I didn’t think Nick had it in him to file the 15c211 rules but he did. The owners of this shell is AirT a nice sized FedEx Feeder carrier and some other businesses. Not your average folks. I spoke with CFO they have large NOLS that could be put to use. I’m glad they see the value of the company and keep enough assets in it so as to not be deemed a shell. They do have one problem though and not sure how they’ll merge it out but Delphax put in a poison pill for any holder over 5% they call it now the “dephax poison pill” hopefully they can get around it since they control it.

This one I agree with the price action. These are smart people no Chinese crap here. I’m a buyer

Where do you find an out standing share count of 6.9 million.
