ITEM 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.

 

Joseph Gibbons, resigned from his position as Chair, Director and Board Member effective January 31st, 2023. His resignation was not the result of any disagreements with management.
