It is borderline fraud to say he was a member and then many months later say he was "recommended to the president." Recommended for what? He also has "unexpectedly" resigned. Nothing adds up but the tsunami of incoming shares here. No bid soon. By reading the press release, it seems management has failed both eight grade English and basic ChatGPT skills. Don't blame Tim for his resignation. Also why didn't they post the resignation letter? Just a janky release riddled with errors.

Also, you are correct about the 3(a)10 settlement. What perplexes me the most is that the Court Order was issued in May of 2022 but no mention of the Court Order on disclosures until mid 2024.

I was just saying to my wife I need to find a good company in Detroit that knows about African soil clean up from oil spills when we were watching Landman. Lots of people holding and not selling anything! It's coming, could be a world beater! I have had more luck with companies that don't say anything then I did with companies that promised the world everyday

I would like a solid legitimate update on all previous news and some guidance on expectations for 2025. They have the ability to run this when they want to. Im assuming that ince the powers that be get their shares they will let this go. Significant potential still exists.
