Bangfu Technology Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2023 (the “Quarterly Report”) by November 14, 2023, the filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies. The Company presently has limited accounting and financial personnel and therefore requires additional time to compile and process the information necessary for the completion of the Quarterly Report. The Company anticipates that it will file its Quarterly Report within the fifth calendar day grace period provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
