Rockridge Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: RRC) ("Rockridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Camden Smith will now act as the Qualified Person for the Company under NI 43-101. Mr. Camden-Smith (M.Sc., G.D.Eng., M.B.L., Pr.Sci.Nat) is a professional geologist with more than 30 years experience. Early in his career Mr. Camden Smith worked in the oil industry and later gained academic, operational, technical and senior management experience as a Consulting Geologist for Rand Mines overseeing the geological function and mineral resource and reserve inventories of five gold mines (ERPM, DRD, Harmony, Blyvooruitzicht and Barbrook). Through his consulting company Camden Geoserve CC he has provided services to the international mining and exploration industry since 1994. This involved consultancy services for commodities such as gold, diamonds, platinum, uranium, manganese, silicon metal and base metals - nickel, copper and zinc.

Mr. Camden-Smith is a member of both the Geological Society of South Africa and the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions and has the appropriate relevant qualifications, experience, competence and independence to be considered an 'expert' under definitions provided in any international mineral resource and ore reserve reporting codes. He has produced Competent Persons Reports for the TSX and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges in a variety of commodities including gold, platinum, diamonds and uranium.

The Company also announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Lorne Warner from the position Vice President Exploration and from the Board of Directors. The Company thanks Mr. Warner for his service.
