Robex Resources Inc.: Presentation of the Nampala Mine Director and the Head of Legal Affairs/HR Granting of Options

Robex Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RBX)(FRANKFURT:RB4) ("the Company" or "Robex")
is introducing MM. Simon Boudreau, ing and Nicolas Ros respectively Mine
Director and Head of Legal Affairs and Human Resources of Robex. 


Simon Boudreau 

Mr. Boudreau is the Mine Director of Nampala since January 2014. Prior to taking
office, he worked as an independent consultant (2012-2013), held positions of
Project Director at Dumas Contracting Ltd. (2010 2012) and Chief Engineer at
High River Gold (2006-2010). Mr. Boudreau is a graduate of Laval University in
Engineering Mining and mineral processing (2003). He is a member of the Order of
Engineers of Quebec. 


Nicolas Ros 

Mr. Ros is the head of Legal Affairs and HR for both the Nampala mine and Robex
in Mali. Prior to Robex, he was acting as General Counsel of several companies
in Europe like Panhard General Defense, Alten where he was also in charge of HR,
Transiciel-Sogeti for 10 years where he was in charge of individual relations.
He was also deputy legal director at Sligos-Atos for 12 years. Mr. Ros undertook
doctoral studies in business law and economics from Paris 1 (Pantheon Sorbonne
Graduate Education; Paris). 


Stock Options 

The Board of Directors of the Company granted two sets of 300 000 options. One
set to Simon Boudreau and the other to Nicolas Ros. 


Each option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at
the strike price of Friday, June 20, 2014, which was $ 0.20 CA. 


The stock options are valid for a period of three (3) years up to a third per
year. In the event that this third is not exercised, it would then become
prescribed.
