Malbex VP Exploration Steps Down

Malbex Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MBG) announces that Dr. Peter Stewart, Vice
President Exploration has left the Company. 


"We appreciate Peter's contribution during our early period as a public company
and throughout our exploration programs in Argentina and Peru. Peter was
instrumental in defining the mineral resource within two field seasons at Del
Carmen and expanding the resource over the next seasons. We wish him well in his
future endeavours," said Joe Hamilton, President and CEO. Dr. Stewart will be
available to the Company on a consulting basis to provide continuity and insight
in the future.
