Elissa Resources ("Elissa" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ELI) at the request of
the Investment Industry Regulatory of Canada (IIROC) and as per recent increased
activity and interest in the Company's shares; Elissa wishes to report that all
material information pertaining to its business activities and in particular its
Thor REE Project, Nevada its St. Elmo Gold Project, Nevada, its Red Lithium
Project, Idaho and its Sage Creek Gold Project, Idaho has been disclosed at this
time. The Company anticipates making additional news releases on its activities
as it continues to advance its interests.
