Cybersurf Corp. ("Cybersurf") (TSX VENTURE:CY) announces that effective July 15,
2009, Cybersurf's common shares will be listed on the NEX board of the TSX
Venture Exchange under the symbol "CY". Simultaneously, Cybersurf's shares will
be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. There is no change in Cybersurf's
name or its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital. Cybersurf's common
shares will remain suspended from trading in accordance with Cease Trade Orders
issued against it by the Alberta Securities Commission on December 30, 2008 and
the Ontario Securities Commission on January 16, 2009.
