Cypress Hills Announces Tranfer to NEX

Cypress Hills Resource Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CHY.H) reports that in
accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.5, its listing was transferred
from Tier 2 of the TSX Venture Exchange to the NEX board of the Exchange
effective May 29, 2014. 


The trading symbol for the Corporation has changed from "CHY" to "CHY.H".

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term
is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility
