Canada Fluorspar Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CFI) (OTC:CNDFF) ("CFI" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that the new vein discovery announced in its July 11, 2013
press release on its Grebes Nest fluorspar mineral property and subsequently
referred to in later filings as the "Grebes Nest Vein" will in the future be
referred to as the "AGS Vein". This name change is being recognized in the
memory of Arthur Gordon Stollery, the founding shareholder of CFI.

Mr. Stollery was born on April 30, 1947 in New Liskeard, Ontario. He graduated
from Princeton University with a Civil Engineering degree (Honours) in 1970 and
from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science degree in Geology in
1972. Mr. Stollery was a founding shareholder, director and long-term financial
supporter of Burin Minerals Ltd. (later to become Canada Fluorspar (NL) Inc.)
and instrumental in the acquisition of the mineral and mining rights to the St.
Lawrence Project from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1995. In
subsequent years, he provided the Company with an office and technical,
administrative and management personnel located in St. Lawrence, Newfoundland
and was active in securing a partner to re-open the mines and mill in St.
Lawrence. His commitment to the St. Lawrence Project was reflected in his 17
years of dedication to the project while attempting to find a successful route
in bringing it on stream for the people of St. Lawrence and the Province of
Newfoundland and Labrador.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stollery was a director and senior executive officer
of a number of private and public mining, oil and gas companies including
Consolidated Morrison Explorations Ltd., Morrison Petroleums Limited, Northstar
Energy Ltd. and Highpine Oil and Gas Limited.

Sadly, Mr. Stollery passed away unexpectedly in December 2011. Mr. Stollery
remained an active member of the Board of Directors of CFI until his passing and
his estate remains a major shareholder of CFI today.

"We believe that the name change is a fitting tribute to the man who founded the
company and believed additional fluorspar was on the property", stated Lindsay
Gorrill, President and CEO of the Company. "The significance of this find to the
Company cannot be understated and helps serve as a confirmation of Gordon's
geological vision of the abundance of fluorspar on the property."

See the map below to locate the AGS Vein relative to the community of St.
Lawrence, Newfoundland, about 6 kilometres away by road.
