Central Resources Corp., (TSX VENTURE:CBC) ("Central" or the "Company") is
pleased to provide an update on ongoing exploration work at its Selwyn Creek
project located in the Dawson Range, Yukon.

Grid soil sampling has been completed on the "L" Block, the largest of five
blocks making up the Selwyn Creek project. A total of 2,379 soil samples were
collected and analytical results are pending. This number does not include "no
sample" sites. This detailed soil sampling program was designed to follow up
soil anomalies defined last year, the largest of which defined a roughly linear
northeast trending, greater than 20 ppb gold anomaly, at least 1,000 metres long
and up to 500 metres wide. This anomaly remains open to the northeast and
southwest. Within this anomaly, 16 samples ran greater than 50 ppb gold and 6
samples ran better than 100 ppb gold with the highest sample running 470 ppb
gold. Follow up prospecting is currently underway on the "L" Block.

Soil sampling on the "O" Block is nearing completion. A total of 986 samples
have been collected to date. This number does not include "no sample" sites. The
soil sampling program was designed to follow up several strongly anomalous
results in gold and arsenic (up to 291 ppb Au and 587 ppm As) from last year's
soil sampling program. Previous rock sampling has returned values of 2.48 g/t
Au, 5.0 g/t Au and 6.55 g/t Au.

Crews will move to the "M" Block and the Bat property immediately following
completion of "O" Block sampling. Exploration work on the "M" Block and the Bat
property will consist of prospecting and soil sampling.

The Selwyn Creek project consists of 1,025 claims covering an area of 21,437
hectares. The properties were staked on the basis of historic sampling conducted
by Archer Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited. Central has the right to earn a
100% interest in the properties from Strategic Metals Ltd.

The 2011 field work is being carried out by Archer Cathro and Associates (1981)
Limited and is supervised by Heather Smith, P. Geo. Ms. Smith is responsible for
all aspects of the work including the quality control/quality assurance program.
Crews were instructed not to take samples where good quality soil could not be
contained due to frozen volcanic ash or frozen organics which results in several
"no sample" sites.

Paul Reynolds, P. Geo., President of Central and a qualified person as defined
by National Instrument 43-101 has reviewed and approved the technical disclosure
made in this press release.
