Buzz Capital Inc. (“Buzz”) (TSXV: BUZ.P) announced today that it has received payment of a break fee in the amount of CDN$250,000 from Kaya Inc. ("Kaya") in connection with the termination of the previously announced business combination between Kaya and Buzz, such that each party is now free to pursue alternative transactions.

With these additional funds available to it, Buzz will continue to search for prospective opportunities to complete its qualifying transaction and maximize value for shareholders.
