Belvedere Share Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 25, 2014) - Belvedere Resources Ltd. (TSX-VENTURE:BEL) ("Belvedere") announces that at market opening on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, the Company's common shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis, being one new common share for every nine common shares currently outstanding. The shareholders of the Company voted in favour of the consolidation at the shareholders meeting held February 28, 2014. The Company will not change its name as part of the consolidation, but will issue new share certificates under a new CUSIP number. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under its current symbol "BEL".
