Acadian Energy Inc. Announces Reinstatement of Trading

Acadian Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ACX) (the "Corporation") announces that
following its press release dated December 6, 2011 announcing the revocation of
the cease trade orders issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission and
the Ontario Securities Commission, the Corporation's shares will be reinstated
for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange"), effective as of
market opening on December 8, 2011.
