Glacier Appoints New Director

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 7, 2014) - Glacier Media Inc. (TSX:GVC) ("Glacier" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Tim McElvaine has joined Glacier's Board of Directors. Mr. McElvaine is President of McElvaine Investment Management Ltd., an investment management firm he founded in 1996. Mr. McElvaine is both a CA and CFA and his employment history has included Touche Ross, Bank of NT Butterfield and Cundill Investment Research where he was Chief Investment Officer from 1998 to 2003. Mr. McElvaine is currently a director of Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. and has served on the boards of Sun-Rype Products Ltd. and Humpty Dumpty Snack Foods Inc.

Mr. McElvaine is a well respected long-term investor who will bring valuable experience to the Company's board of directors, including strong public market perspective.
