record at the close of business on June 29, 2012 for each of the following

preferred share (SBC.PR.A) payable on July 16, 2012 to holders of record at the
close of business on June 29, 2012. 


Canadian High Income Equity Fund announces a distribution in the amount of
$0.065 per unit payable to unitholders on July 16, 2012 to holders of record at
the close of business on June 29, 2012.
