Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously disclosed by Union Pacific Corporation (the “Company”), effective January 1, 2020, the Company has reclassified its four commodity groups into three: Bulk, Industrial and Premium. Today, the Company has provided a map of the components of the new commodity groupings and historical comparison of freight revenue, revenue carloads and average revenue per car for the years 2017 to 2019 as well as carloads and revenue ton miles per week for 2019 on the Company’s website located under the Investors’ tab at: http://www.up.com/investor/key-metrics/index.htm
