Mark Chronister and Larry Chim Appointed to Key Leadership Roles in Mercer’s Dallas Office

Mercer, a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth and career, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE: MMC), has appointed Mark Chronister and Larry Chim to key leadership roles in Mercer’s Dallas office. Mr. Chronister has been named Central Market Large and Jumbo Employer Team (LJET) Leader, reporting to Ryan Ramsey, Central Market Business Leader. Mr. Chim has been appointed to the role of Dallas Health Office Business Leader, reporting to Mr. Ramsey and Tyler Bolander, Dallas Office Leader.

Prior to these recent changes, Mr. Chronister spent 11 years as the Dallas Health Office Business Leader where he maintained and grew awareness and presence in the Dallas and Austin markets. He received his Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Before taking over Mr. Chronister’s role, Mr. Chim was a Partner in Mercer’s Health business in Dallas. He also worked at Deloitte Consulting in their Total Rewards practice where he developed outsourcing and administration strategies. Mr. Chim received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas.
