Quicksilver Gas Services LP (NYSE Arca: KGS) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $.37 per common unit for the 2008 fourth quarter. This distribution, an increase of approximately 6% from the prior quarter, will be paid February 13, 2009 on all common units to holders of record as of the close of business on February 3, 2009.
