On December 31,2010, the Company's stock records were closed and each
shareholder ofthe Company automatically became the holder of one unit ofbeneficial
interest in the Liquidating Trust for each one share ofthe Company's Common Stock
then held ofrecord by such shareholder. Atsuch time, all outstanding shares ofthe
Company's Common Stock were deemed cancelled. The shareholders ofthe Company
were not required to take any action to receive beneficial interests in the Liquidating
Trust.
The Company filed a Form 15 pursuant to Rules 12g-4(a)(l) and 12h-3(b)(I)(i)
promulgated under the Exchange Act with the Commission on January 5, 2011 to
terminate the registration of its Common Stock under the Exchange Act and to cease
filing periodic reports with -respect thereto. The Company determined it was eligible to
rely on these rules because (i) the Company no longer had any record holders ofits
Common Stock; (ii) the. Com.pany had timely filed all reports required by Section 13(a) ofthe Exchange Act during the three most recently completed fiscal years and through
the date that the Form 15 was filed; and (iii) no registratIOn statement relating to the
Company's Common Stock became effective during 2010, nor was any registration
statement previously filed by the Company required to be updated dunng 2010 pursuant
to Section 1O(a)(3) ofthe Securities Act.

This stock symbol is revoked... you can not trade this... the SEC form 25-NSE was filed on July 2nd... the SEC then gave 90 more days for this symbol to trade... then the symbol GNCIQ was revoked... I don’t like it neither... in my honest opinion I think that rule stinks... who does that rule really help? It doesn’t us shareholders... so again, who does this rule help? The answer is that this rule helps the short sellers of gnciq. Now the short sellers never ever have to worry about covering their short position. Sharing.. i still believe that upon complete dissolution of the estates shareholders might see something otherwise its easy for any corporation to file for BK,wipeout shareholders and dissolve the company,imagine if all the FANGS do that.I am still following the dockets.

This cusip appears to be old GNC cusip.May be the ticker was replaced with original cusip number.Who is your broker?.

Sharing.. good to know that.I still see the ticker in TD.Good thing is CEO and a director bought shares around $8 /share if i am correct.I believe GNC has NOLs and other assets like Ireland GNC and Canada GNC with other subs which were not part of the sale.The equity was valued at $2.2 Billion and sold part of it around $770 million + $300 mm if i am correct.I am hoping at least a dollar/share.

DEL) believe that the significance attached to the Third-Party Releases by the Released Parties, whose support is indispensable to the Debtors’ restructuring, the substantial consideration provided by the Released Parties,and the distributions available to creditors and interest holders as a result of the support of the Released Parties all demonstrate that the Third-Party Releases are fair and necessary to the Debtors’ reorganization. GNC making strides by closing down heavy burden rental space in malls/strip plaza's. They are shifting from low foot traffic in malls and renting space in heavy foot traffic stores. There is talk about an agreement between GNC and Dicks Sporting Goods, 2 Pitt based companies. They are also looking at space in CVS, Walgreens, Sam's, Costco and other companies where there is good synergy and high foot traffic. This is a very smart strategy and a major savings. It also appears they are getting online sales moving in a very positive direction. The sales are there $1 Billion plus and with reducing heavy laden rent expenses and renting space in heavy foot traffic with synergistic companies, it's a winning RX over time.

Once the CHY-na based company buys with worthless pos all shareholder will be slaughtered ...

I do not think Harbin has announced the new share structure or plans. I do not believe it was discussed in the bankruptcy filings. I think it only said they would own 100%.

I believe on Nov 22nd is GNC earnings release, that will give some glimpses of progress. This is still a billion dollar company that has a brand name worth 10 times or more the current stock price. All it has to do is make tiny progress and the stock will move. If your in this to make a penny or two up or down that's a different strategy. If you believe a billion dollar company has people with a half a brain to make the necessary tweaks to get this stock moving, that's another strategy. NO company has a magic wand that will turn things around in just a couple of months, it takes time to execute and it takes time for it to play out. If you don't have time then this position is not for you. If you have time, then to buy a billion dollar company for pennies as a solid speculation and you give it time to execute its strategy and some time to play out.

I only have 50k shares im gonna hold and see what happens, no one even talks about gnc on here zero information

News out that Harbin and GNC cancelled the conversion contract of 299950 preferred shares to common and preferred was cancelled.

I lost faith in both companies and sold my gnciq position at a loss/lost.
I am not sure if I overreacted.
The share price is dropping and I expect it will be down to 5-6 cents prior to plan confirmation on 10-14-2020.

This board is too quiet now.
Question:
1. Is Harbin still holding 42% of gnciq ? Public info did not mention Harbin sold all gnciq.

2. Any more hope that Harbin will reinstate former GNC equity beneficiary interests?
