Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On June 25, 2021, DSE merged into Virtus Duff & Phelps Select MLP and Energy Fund (VLPIX). In the merger, each DSE shareholder received shares of VLPIX with a net asset value (NAV) equal to the NAV of its DSE shares.
