(NYSE:CNN), a diversified, closed-end investment management company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a Regular distribution of $0.1125 per share, payable on January 15, 2008, to holders of record on December 31, 2007. The distribution rate is based on an estimation of investment income and may or may not include a return of capital.
