Take a look at PandAs portfolio. Last I knew he was banking $14k a month. I have 20 divy positions myself doing the DRIP with most of them.

ORC is actually on my list of ones to buy in the future. QYLD and RYLD are my next two I am buying (dividend portfolio buildup) then ORC actually after that. I have a list of 22 tickers that would be 8% dividend average if I buy them all. I plan on starting with 5k of each and from there I am not sure, I’ll figure that out when I get there (hopefully sooner than later, one of my stocks could get me there easily if it pops with data)

If you like this REIT take a look at another $ORC except $ORC pays monthly. I always add when positions dip prior to their divy announcement.

And went ahead and bought 101 more this morning. Trying to get 5000$ invested into here before letting it sit while I put money elsewhere. I like anything under 10$ here.
