Looks like ATCO deal ( @ $15.50 PPS) is likely to close in H1 of 2023.
Interesting note in recent NR: Deal may close as early as March 31st (?)
( pending regulatory approval, etc. )
Arbitrage probably explains most of the small PPS fluctuations.

Not long after that, another pro analyst said "Outperform and $9 PT. "
