This has been a very nice buy and ironically, the stock has shot up since daughter_derf took over the company.

I'm only on the installation side but I know that they are one of the largest door hardware companies in the world.

In my opinion, they are the best. You pay a little more for their A-grade products so it's a tough sell sometimes, but I think it's worth it in the long run. Pinching pennies on door hardware always comes back to bight you.

I couldn't tell you how it goes down at corporate HQ and I don't want to know, but every representative I've dealt with in the field has gone the extra mile for me to make my job easier.

They are a spin off from ingersoll-rand and have been in this business since before I was born. She could do worse.

There's also ASAZY out there but something is strange about that stock. They were supposed to significantly increase the dividend months ago but it never happened.
