On December 30, 2008, the shareholders of Scopus appointed Alex Hilman, Tali Yaron-Eldar, and Moshe Ran as members of its Board of Directors, to replace Michael Anghel, Louis Silver, and Yoram Oron. The shareholders of Scopus also re-appointed Yaron Simler as a member of its Board of Directors.
