Maxus Realty Trust Declares First Quarter Dividend KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. , a real estate investment trust (the "Trust") announced that its Board of Trustees declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share payable to the holders of record on May 31, 2004 of the Trust's $1.00 par value, common stock.
