COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Huntington Bancshares Incorporated today announced that the board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.50% Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock (NASDAQ:HBANP) of $21.25 per share. The dividend is payable July 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on July 1, 2009.
