I was reading some kind of stuff about a forced conversion at the closing being a maybe option. No one seems to know how to read all the endless legal BS, and get any real answers. The GSRM price crash Friday is not normal and the warrants as the close friday are about $4.50/share out of the money. Very strange. And zero news as to why

May need to call IR folks to try and get a straight answer, because the filings I dug through were mumbo jumbo CYA, legal ease even I could not nail down (A First).

How much cash, if any gets used to buy Bitcoin depot shares? If it is a share swap, and not a cash buy out, then are more shares issued diluting GSRM share volume?

What is the combined asset and cash value and final share count post merger.

I read earlier this year the GSRM shares need to be above about $11.30(?) /share price to start to be in the money??

No one seems to know what happens to the warrants right after the merger either..

I am really scratching my head today, on the GSRM SPAC 25% price hair cut. It started premarket.

Margin call on a large account? Game playing pre market? (It started pre market), so may have been a market sell, pre market or???

Warrants are going right back up, almost green (marking is having it 3rd to 4th red day this week, thanks to the FED party crashing again)

Any sign of news or clue?

They are being prgamatic. The SEC and FINRA for that matter have been slow rolling many things based on the politics of their leadership.

So u see this as a positive ?

they see the inept SEC as taking so long they need to put the automatic extensions in place to save time and paperwork for the SPAC.

It is unusual for warrants to move in the opposite direction of the stock on one day in heavy volume, and reverse the next day. They usually move in sync
