On July 11, 2014, Golub Capital BDC, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2014 on Thursday, August 7, 2014 before the open of the financial markets.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
