Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 19, 2020, Thomas Ren resigned as a director of the Company, and on March 26, 2020, Ronald Issen and Ian Lee resigned as directors of the Company. Each of the resignations of Messrs. Ren, Issen and Lee were effective immediately, and were not due to any disagreement with the Company.
