Sleven, I would actually disagree that the company has to be profitable to sell itself. I think the ONLY thing that matters is top line revenue and top line growth. The only costs that really matter in a sale are COGS, because that's the only thing going with the sale of the company.

I noticed this that my Cheerios all floated to the North side of the bowl. Could this be from the EMI effect too?

If they company is actually being given guidance on this, which is doubtful, I doubt if DI is getting the information so he can't provide proprietary information by mistake.
